Prerequisite: Must have completed Level 1 or equivalent from any Improv School
Beyond Technique: Improv from the Knowing Field
You’ve trained the muscles of listening, agreement, and presence. You know the rules—and how to break them. Now it’s time to go deeper.
This workshop invites experienced improvisers to step beyond structure and into the intuitive, energetic dimension of play. We'll explore the Right Brain’s realm of connection, symbol, and spontaneous insight—tapping into the Knowing Field where scenes emerge not from the head, but from a deeper place of inner alignment.
You’ll leave with tools to bring more depth, mystery, and authenticity into your scenes, and a renewed sense of what’s possible when you trust the unknown.
Let go of control. Tune in. Let the scene reveal itself.

Improv helps build confidence by the practice of exercises that promote listening, presence, self-awareness, and trust. And it is all done in a non-judgmental, fun, experiential way.
Confidence does not come from being perfect and never making a mistake. It comes from knowing you can handle whatever comes up, including unforeseen issues, conflicts and mistakes.
When you learn to improvise, you’ll learn that there ARE no mistakes. You’ll exercise the muscles that keep you present, engaged, cool-headed and able to keep moving despite bumps in the road.
This class will help you see that the fear of not making mistakes is actually keeping you from being AMAZING.

Are you feeling a lack of movement or growth in your life? Are the stories you are telling yourself in need of an edit?
These stories can stunt personal growth, cause us to make poor decisions, and drive us to become the worst versions of ourselves.
Improv helps to motivate and guide you toward BEING PRODUCTIVE because it gives you tools and experiences of having more space, ease and clarity. This allows for you to achieve greater output and feeling the results of your work.
With improv, we’ll help you feel the joy of accomplishment, satisfaction, making a difference in whatever you do.

Many people consider Improv to be very therapeutic - after all, it offers a safe space for listening, reflection, empathy, understanding and unconditional, positive regard for yourself and your partners.
Improv keeps you present, opens you to acceptance, and frees you from harsh judgements, all while helping you express your authentic voice and fostering healthy connections with others.

Improv and mindfulness share many of the same characteristics - both encourage us to cultivate awareness, acceptance, curiosity, and trust. These skills can offer us a greater sense of clarity, creativity, and connection to ourselves and those around us. Mindfulness has a lot to teach us about improv, and improv has a lot to teach us about mindfulness. Through a variety of improv games and mindful practices like meditation, we'll explore the joy of the present moment, together!

IMPROV HELPS YOU GROW & EVOLVE
…but don’t just take our word for it!
“Improvolution is my gym for the mind and soul!
It has become a way of life that builds trust and support in my personal and professional life and has empowered me to react in the moment, overcome blocks to creativity and to improvise creative solutions.”
~Susan Bettineschi, Searchlink Staffing Inc.
"I had no improv experience before taking the introductory class. After some dithering, I finally said "yes, and" and was immediately welcomed into a community of improvisers!
They have passionate instructors who passed on not only the rudiments of improv, but a belief in the philosophy of positivity and acceptance that underpins it.
It did not take long to convince me that that philosophy really could spark a revolution in my thinking both in and and outside of improv."
~Adrien M.
