We offer an introduction to improv and what we do at Improvolution. It’s a fun and easy way to get a taste of what improv is…and is not. You’ll learn some of the basics in just 3 hours and see for yourself that truly ANYONE CAN IMPROVISE!

On Tuesday, Dec 9, for one night only Holly will be giving her original talk GOOD GIRLS AREN’T FUNNY in NYC (register here). After years of performing, teaching, and directing improv Holly couldn’t help but notice a trend in her women students and fellow improvisers…and herself. It was a strange shift that they would do seemingly without rhyme or reason, slipping from brave, confident, bold performers to meek, slightly insecure, safe ones that were happy to follow and let others take the lead and show up big.
