BROOKE DeBETTIGNIES, Youth Program Director/ School Coordinator
The improv bug bit Brooke at an early age. She spent her awkward middle school days saying "yes, and..." in LA with performances at venues such as The LA Improv and The Pasadena Ice House. She has also trained in Chicago and NYC. While getting her BFA in Acting at Pace University she served as the Co-Director of the Pace Improv Troupe and met Holly Mandel and was then willingly roped into the Improvolution family.
She's been teaching classes, intensives and workshops around the country for 7 years. Her award winning experimental research on improv and its effects on children's self-concept has been presented at the American Psychology Association's National Convention.
When she's not nerding out in the library, she enjoys long one-sided conversations with her cats and coffee.
